Our health is not only derived by the fuel we feed our bodies, but by the relationships we are in, how much physical exercise we are getting, our spirituality, our careers... so much more than what passes from our forks to our mouths.
When our body feels out of balance, it can create a domino effect to other aspects of our lives. Behavior issues can flare, focusing on tasks can become difficult, emotions can become overwhelming. Not to mention what can happen to us on a physical level. All of this can weaken relationships with friends, family, and other connections. Relationships are important and I understand the value of maintaining healthy connections. But if we are struggling to feel our best, it is hard to give our best to those we care about.

Meet Sonya
It started nineteen years ago when my second son was diagnosed with autism. To be quite honest with you, I was happy to have a name for what was going on with my child. I wasn’t familiar with autism and didn’t know what to expect. I had no clue what to do next. I did what I knew and that was to pray.
I have a passion for helping moms, dads, grandparents and caretakers of kids with behavior and/or focusing issues. Whether there has been a diagnosis or not. I understand what it’s like to not know where to start, to feel overwhelmed and stressed out.
